Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29-20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

  • Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee
  • Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost
  • Between 20-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost
  • 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
  • In case of no show: 100%

If we change or cancel your holiday

  • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

Day

Day 1 - Madgaon to Panaji to Calangute (46 Km/ 1 hour)

On arrival at Madgaon/ Panaji airport, proceed to Anjuna Beach. Freshen up and proceed to the beach. Stroll around in local markets and purchase souvenirs. Return to the hotel and have dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 - Calangute - Backwater

Enjoy sailing on River Mandovi. Visit Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary and stop by Savoi Verem. Enjoy a delicious Goan lunch and return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Calangute - Dudhsagar - Calangute (83 Km/ 2.3 hours)

Visit Dudhsagar by deluxe tourist bus. Enjoy spending time at Bhagwan Mahavir Sanctuary. Later, visit Mahadev Temple. Return to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4 - Devbagh - Calangute - Karwar

Head to the beach resort of Devbagh and Karwar. After lunch, spend time at the beach. Enjoy campfire on the beachside and stay overnight at the resort, in Devbagh.

Day 5 - Devbagh

Post breakfast, head to the sea on a motorboat and enjoy watching the wild dolphins. You may also enjoy water-sports. Enjoy delicious food and gulp down luscious mocktails at the stalls on the beach. Indulge in a shopping spree in the evening. Enjoy watching the sunset and enjoy campfire on the beachside. Return to the resort in Devbagh and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 - Departure

After breakfast, return to Karwar by boat. Arrive in Karwar and drive to Goa. On arrival in Goa, head to the airport or railway station for your onward journey
