Payment Policy

 

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost

If we change or cancel your holiday

  • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our
utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost
incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately
who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us,
with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your
complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third
party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Mumbai | Mumbai to Lonavala

 

Soon after you arrive in Mumbai, proceed towards Lonavala, a resort town in the beautiful Sahyadri Mountains.
 
Lonavala, once a Maratha empire hideout, is now a popular holiday getaway. Its rushing lakes, lofty mountains, sprawling foliage and calm climate makes it a fascinating holiday destination. It is home to several tourist attractions like Lohagad, Rajmachi Point, Lonavala Lake, Duke's Nose and Tiger's Leap. This town is also famous for its delightful chikki – a jaggery delicacy. To de-stress yourself from the hustle-bustle and chaos of the city-life, Lonavala can be an ideal destination.
 
On reaching Lonavala, check-in at the hotel and stay overnight.

 

 

Day 2 - Sightseeing in Lonavala

 

To spend time in the lap of the green expanse of this place, get ready in the morning to commence your sightseeing trip to this lovely hill town. You can start with a visit to Lohagad, a fortification once used by the Marathas. To reach the top of the fort, you have to trek through zigzag steps. Do not miss the chance of capturing the mesmerising view from the top; so keep your cameras handy.
 
After a breathtaking visit to this hill fort, you can then drive up to Duke's Nose. This prominent rock structure looks like a nose of Duke of Wellington and hence named so. This landmark is popular among hikers as it offers a great opportunity to trek down through forests and gorges. It can be a nice trekking experience on this superb cliff.
 
Similar adventure can be experienced at Tiger's Leap, which is at about a height of 650 m above sea level. It is so named because of the illusive feel that a tiger is leaping in the valley. This site, also known as Vagdari, is popular for adventurous activities.
 
After spending some exciting time sightseeing, return to the hotel and stay overnight.

 

 

Day 3 - Lonavala to Lavasa | Sightseeing in Lavasa

 

In the morning, check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Lavasa. It the newest hill station in India after independence. This city is designed in a style that is based on that of an Italian town, called Portofino. Its refreshing and pleasant climate has slowly made it a great holiday destination. This pristine hill city offers you an amazing array of options ranging from entertainment to hospitality.
 
On reaching Lavasa, check-in at the hotel and rest for a while. Thereafter, go on a sightseeing tour of the city. During this tour, you can go to the Lavasa Experience Centre, where you will get detailed information about what the city offers. Besides that you can enjoy blockbuster Hindi or English movies that are screened here every evening.
 
You can also opt to enjoy water sports at Lakeshore, where you can indulge in fun-filled activities like water volleyball, pedal boating, bumper boating and jet skiing.
 
After a fun-filled day, come back to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.
 

 

 

Day 4 - Lavasa to Mumbai | Departure from Mumbai
